A new study ranks Pembroke Pines as the happiest city in South Florida!
This may not be too surprising to you if you live in Pembroke Pines or are familiar with the city. It is well known that Pembroke Pines has a great school system, great medical system, and has plenty of local amenities and parks that keep the community active.
Although Pembroke Pines offers affordable homes, a healthy job market, and a growing economy; money does not always result in happiness. This study was based on 31 key factors, a few of them being depression rate, income, growth rate, and average leisure time spent per day.
This analysis examined 182 of the nation's largest cities. Pembroke Pines ranked #28 out of the 182, not too shabby. Other Florida cities made the list such as Cape Coral, Fort Lauderdale, Tallahassee, Orlando, and Miami.
